Crawfordsville Road is a major thoroughfare connecting Indianapolis to Crawfordsville, Indiana through the Marion, Hendricks, Boone, & Montgomery counties.
One stretch of the road was in need of repair due to age and erosion. To protect the heavily traveled US highway, Ruble Outdoor Concepts was called in to provide drainage service and build a retention wall.
Ruble Outdoor Concepts incorporated Reading Rock’s A/B Classic stone to build a long 865 linear feet wall. Excavation was completed to provide ample drainage to protect both the highway, the wall, and surrounding environment. The project took roughly 1110 man hours to complete.
